Josh Weber is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trace Midstream. As CEO, Josh leads the Trace team with overall responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s business plan. Josh has a long and proven track record as a successful leader in both the midstream and upstream sectors of the U.S. Energy industry.

Prior to founding Trace, Josh spent five years as SVP of Commercial and Business Development at Howard Energy Partners. During his Tenure at Howard, Josh lead the commercial development and execution of over $1.5 billion of growth capital projects. Prior to joining Howard, Josh worked at Southwestern Energy in various midstream and upstream roles.

Josh received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.

Ben Beyer is a founder and Chief Financial Officer of Trace Midstream. As CFO, Ben is responsible for all financial functions for the company including capital raising, financial analysis, and M&A transactions. Ben brings 15 years of midstream and energy finance experience to Trace.

Before Trace, Ben spent five years in various corporate development and finance roles at Howard Energy Partners, most recently as the VP of Finance. Before Howard, Ben was an investment banker at Greenhill & Company where he focused on corporate energy M&A transactions. Previously, Ben was an analyst in Merrill Lynch’s Global Energy & Power investment banking group.

Ben received a B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University and earned an MBA with honors from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

David Dell’Osso is a founder of Trace Midstream II and its affiliate Trace Carbon Solutions. David serves as COO and is responsible for leading engineering and operations, geosciences, regulatory, and land management functions.  David brings an established and successful track record of operational, engineering, and technical leadership to Trace.

Before Trace, David served as Chief Operating Officer of Parsley Energy, a leading public E&P company focused on developing assets in the core of the Permian Basin.  Prior to Parsley, David served at Southwestern Energy in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast Appalachia Division.

David received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.

Natara Williams is the General Counsel for Trace Midstream. In her previous experience, she was the Assistant General Counsel of Oasis Petroleum and worked in the Legal Department at Oasis for seven years from 2012 managing a diverse workload of transactional and other legal matters. From 2007 to 2012, she was an associate in the Energy Transactions & Project Finance group at the law firm of Vinson & Elkins where she represented Fortune 500 energy and oil and gas companies in matters involving upstream and midstream transactions, strategic investments and corporate and project financing and development. Natara began her career at Norton Rose Fulbright as an associate in the Corporate Department in 2005.

Natara currently serves on the Tahirih Justice Center Advisory Committee and has also provided pro bono representation for the organization and for other various matters throughout her career.

Natara has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Stetson University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law.

Luke Davis is Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Trace Midstream. Luke is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and administering commercial and business development activities. Luke brings over a decade of commercial and business development, corporate development, and energy finance experience to Trace.

Prior to joining Trace, Luke most recently served as Director of Finance and Corporate Development at Core Midstream. Previously, Luke was a member of PennTex Midstream Partners and worked in various corporate development and finance roles, including the company’s joint venture structuring, growth strategy, and IPO. Prior to joining PennTex, Luke worked in Morgan Stanley’s Natural Resources Investment Bank and KPMG’s Economic and Valuation group.

Luke received a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Baylor University, graduating cum laude, and earned an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Ben May is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Trace, responsible for pursuing strategic, M&A and capital raising objectives for the company. Ben brings over ten years of energy industry experience to Trace, across investment banking and corporate development.

Prior to joining Trace, Ben served as Vice President, M&A at Wells Fargo Securities where he helped execute $24 billion of M&A transactions across the midstream, upstream and oilfield services sectors. As an associate in Wells Fargo’s Energy & Power Investment Banking group, Ben helped coordinate $11 billion of debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Ben earned his JD and MBA from Emory University, and received a BA in History from the University of Southern California, where he graduated cum laude.

Jeff Viktorin is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Trace Midstream. Jeff is responsible for accounting, reporting, tax compliance and various other administrative functions of the company. He brings 15 years of midstream and energy related accounting experience to Trace.

Prior to joining Trace, Jeff spent seven years at Genesis Energy, LP, a publicly traded midstream master limited partnership, where he was most recently Assistant Controller responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions. Jeff previously held various public accounting assurance roles at Deloitte, where he primarily served midstream and energy clients.

Jeff received a BBA in Accounting and MS in Finance from Texas A&M University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Jeff is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

Travis Loseke is Vice President, Geoscience at Trace Midstream II, responsible for subsurface geology and geophysical characterization of CO₂ reservoir storage and risk assessment.  

Prior to joining Trace, Travis served as the Reservoir Technology Manager at Parsley Energy, where he oversaw Parsley’s reservoir modeling, petrophysics, and exploration efforts in the Permian Basin.  Before Parsley, he held management and leadership roles at private equity backed Petro Legacy Energy as VP Geoscience and at Venado Oil and Gas as Geoscience Manager focused on Permian and Eagle Ford plays. Travis began his career with Pioneer Natural Resources focused on unconventional plays in the Gulf Coast and Permian basins focused on early exploration in shale plays. 

Travis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Fort Lewis College and a Master of Science in Geology from Northern Arizona University. Travis is a member of the AAPG, SEG, and SPWLA.

Kenton Bulson is the Vice President of Facilities Engineering for Trace Midstream. Kenton is responsible for engineering, project management, construction and operations support.

Before joining Trace, Kenton served as the Vice President of Engineering and Development for Intensity Midstream whose assets consisted of a 450 MMcfd cryogenic natural gas processing plant, approximately 250 miles of gas gathering, transmission and NGL pipelines, field compression, dehydration, liquids handling and multiple NGL and residue gas delivery interconnects. Prior to Intensity Midstream, Kenton held various engineering, operations, business development, and management positions at ConocoPhillips Pipeline Company, Chesapeake Energy, Access Midstream, and Hiland Crude. His experience spans multiple North American shale plays including the Marcellus, Utica, Bakken, Haynesville and Woodford.

Kenton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Candra Janova is Vice President, Reservoir Engineering at Trace Midstream II, responsible for reservoir characterization and modeling associated with CO₂ sequestration.

Before joining Trace, Candra held reservoir engineering advisory roles at several leading independent oil and gas operators spanning multiple North American sedimentary basins. Most recently, he was responsible for guiding the development program and subsurface evaluation at Permian Resources, a public E&P company focused on developing assets in the Permian Basin. Prior to that, he led modeling and reservoir analytics within development and exploration functions at Parsley Energy. Candra began his career with Occidental Petroleum where he focused on enhanced oil recovery and production optimization of conventional fields in California.

Candra graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and holds an MBA with emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University.
